Product characteristics
1. This product is mainly used for the smoothness finishing of prickly fabric, and its effect is better when used in combination with fluffy softener CY-3609
2. This product can increase the smoothness and brightness of the fabric
3. Good permeability and dispersibility, allowing silicone oil to penetrate into the interior of fibers, especially for thick fabrics with good permeability
4. High shear resistance, with two good acid, alkali, and salt resistance chemical stability
Applicable scope
Suitable for the smoothness finishing of polyester, polyester/nylon, polyester/nitrile, polyester/nylon/nitrile blends and other thorny fabric. It has good effects on prickly fabrics of different weights.
Application process
Soaking and rolling process: dosage 10-30g/l, one soaking and one rolling, drying and shaping
Impregnation process: dosage 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f), temperature 30-50 degrees, time 20-30 minutes, dehydration, drying
