CY-801 fluffy economical amino sealing agent is an intermediate of economical ternary copolymer silicone oil developed by our company for a large number of intermediaries. The synthesis of ternary copolymer silicone oil is as simple and cost-effective as synthesizing amino silicone oil.

2、 Physical and chemical indicators
Appearance:Canary yellow to dark yellow transparent or slightly viscous liquid
3、 Recommended process:
1. Check the equipment (ensure that the vacuum degree reaches -0.08~-0.1MPa).
2. Feeding: Put D4 (or DMC), CY-801, and catalyst into the reaction kettle, stir and raise the temperature to 110 ℃~115 ℃, and keep the reaction temperature for 4-6 hours. After the viscosity meets the requirements, raise the temperature to 135 ℃~140 ℃ to break the catalyst for 1 hour, then vacuum to remove the low boiling substance, cool down and discharge the material.
Remarks: ① The catalyst is tetramethylamine hydroxide (dosage 0.5-0.8 ‰, diluted with twice the water first); Potassium hydroxide can also be used as a catalyst, but it is recommended to increase the reaction temperature to 125 ℃~130 ℃ for similar reaction times Recommended ratio: D4: CY-801=(8-30): 1.
4、 Emulsification process
1. It is recommended to use TO5, TO7, TO9 or RP50, RP70, RP90 or XL-40, XL-70, XL-90 in a ratio of 3:4:1 emulsification. The amount of glacial acetic acid used is 2-5% of crude oil, and the emulsification process is the same as that of amino silicone oil emulsification.
2. If it is used for chemical fiber, it is recommended to add 40% ethylene glycol monobutyl ether when emulsifying, and use 0~10% emulsifier to emulsify into lotion, so as to treat chemical fiber velvet fabrics with excellent fluffy, moist and silky feel.
